About the Role:
Luxxe Property Solutions is hiring experienced carpet cleaners for a short-term student housing turnover project in Columbia, MO. Contractors will be responsible for cleaning carpets in furnished apartment units. This is a fast-paced project with a tight deadline and a strong focus on quality.

August 1–15, 2025

Responsibilities:
- Clean carpets in vacated student housing units
- Use professional-grade equipment and solutions to remove stains, odors, and dirt
- Submit before/after photos of each completed unit
- Communicate with the turn manager and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior carpet cleaning experience (multi-unit or residential)
- Must bring your own professional carpet cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation required
- Smartphone for communication and check-ins
- Able to complete assigned units within the project timeline
Compensation:
- Flat rate of $1,300
- Full payment issued after all assigned work is completed and approved
- No partial payments will be made before project completion
- Performance-based opportunities for future projects

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
