Overview:
Luye Pharma Group is seeking a Finance Manager to join the fast-growing team to make an impact together. The Finance Manager will independently oversee and execute financial operations for the organization's strategic expansion in the U.S. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage finance, budgeting, treasury, and tax compliance while navigating the dynamics of internationalization from China to the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Manager day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and treasury
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to headquarters and local regulatory bodies
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support international growth in the U.S. market, acting as primary financial representative for the U.S. operations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize operational and financial performances.
- Develop and manage budgets aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring cost efficiency
- Oversee cash flows and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and financial stability
- Handle U.S. tax fillings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with external consultants or advisors as needed for complex tax matters
- Take ownership of variable tasks, such as procurement reviews, and ad hoc projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance, budgeting, treasury, and tax compliance
- Hands-on experience with managing financials independently
- Experience with U.S. financial and tax regulations is preferred
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Adaptability to handle diverse and variable tasks in a fast-paced environment
