Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in navigating and resolving any issues they face
- Ensure team health by building future leaders and sustaining morale.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and teambuilding events
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment through regular team meetings and teambuilding events, that create an inclusive culture
- Regularly coordinate with executive team and management for information sharing within the group and company.
- Contribute to individual engagement and development through regular one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews for direct reports.
- Oversees and ensures the achievement of both group and individual KPIs
- Provide quantitative data and reporting for metrics related to team KPIs, SMART goals, and reviews to leadership
- Provide qualitative documentation to leadership about job requirements, responsibilities, and career paths
- Resource management and strategy implementation
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee retention
- Maintain an effective workload of direct reports
- Maintain required utilization rates for direct reports
- Regular assessment and adjustment for individual success
- Quality control of client deliverables to exceed expectations
- Lead change management by identifying, implementing, and training the team on new client and company processes
- Handle various tasks related to PMA work, while also providing training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
- Directly interact with clients to manage relationships and address needs, expectations, and feedback
- Complete other duties as assigned
Required:
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks with competing demands

- Proficient understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Microsoft Office experience (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of all processes of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout
- B.S./B.A. and three years of utility project experience or five years of management or supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license
- B.S./B.A./M.S. in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Engineering or Construction Management, Communications or similar
- Business, Project Management, Dale Carnegie Leadership, or other relevant courses/certifications.
- PMP or CAPM Certification
- Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools
- Oracle, Primavera (P6), SAP, TransGIS, procurement, materials management, forecasting, or engineering
- Work experience in the Utilities/Energy industries
