Minimum Position Qualifications
Responsible for repairs, painting, and maintaining the physical structure of the College; replacing defective electrical wiring and fixtures as needed; repairs and does minor renovation and/or construction work; assists with grounds and custodial duties when necessary; may be classified according to trade such as carpenter, electrical repair person, plumber or other; set up for on & off campus functions; assist physical plant technicians with a variety of duties when necessary; assist shipping/receiving with the delivery of College books and supplies to off-campus sites when necessary; as needed, operates college equipment such as forklift, bucket truck, high lift and backhoe.
Entry Salary: $32,881/annual
Standard Work Week: 40 hours
