Routine clerical work involving processing of documents, cash and check handling and customer service. All duties and responsibilities are performed on a daily basis. This position covers Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills, Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts, Sheriff and Coroner. The Clerk will learn basic functions in each office and will be assigned on a needs basis to Departments and will be supervised by that manager.**This position will operate between both the Hazleton Annex and the Main Office in Wilkes-Barre**
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: File all documents submitted to the office(s) Scanning and filing of recorded documents Indexing of back scanned documents Court Clerk Verification of filed documents for accuracy Assist public Certified copies Other duties as assigned
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
