The Maintenance Technician will perform technical duties in the repair and maintenance of department buildings, including: the main jail, the Training Facility, the MOU building and any other buildings that are designated Luzerne County Division of Corrections' property.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Minimal qualifications for applicants include: at least 21 years of age, possess U.S. citizenship and government issued Identification Card (s), must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, pass a drug screening test, must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, be able to read, write and effectively communicate the English language, and pass a criminal background check, which must include no felony convictions or pending criminal charges.LUZERNE COUNTY IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EMPLOYER
