- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Lead the financial and operational reporting process for properties, presenting key insights and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from each asset, including rate adjustments, ancillary income opportunities, and creative other income streams
- Financial Performance Management: Track and analyze asset performance against budgets, identifying opportunities for improvement in revenue streams and controlling expenses
- Budget Oversight: Own the Lead the operational budgeting process for each property, working closely with property management and finance teams to set achievable targets and align with company goals
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research, competitive analyses, and feasibility studies to inform strategic asset decisions
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the development, leasing, and marketing teams operations teams to support property performance through coordinated strategies and shared objectives
- Investment Decisions: Work closely with executive leadership in vetting development and acquisition opportunities
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Lead the financial and operational reporting process for properties, presenting key insights and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from each asset, including rate adjustments, ancillary income opportunities, and creative other income streams
- Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate risks associated with asset performance, providing solutions to stay on course with business objectives
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with third-party management, vendors, and contractors, ensuring alignment with LV's standards and brand expectations
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the development, leasing, and marketing teams to support property performance through coordinated strategies and shared objectives

- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
- Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field required
- 5 years of asset management experience, ideally within multifamily, student housing, or mixed-use real estate
- Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing operational budgets and financial reporting
- Proficiency in asset management and property management software (e.g., Entrata, RealPage) and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strategic thinker with a knack for big-picture insights and tactical execution
- Skilled in financial analysis and budgeting, with a passion for uncovering value
- Able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and make informed decisions
- Web-savvy and skilled at performing competitive market research
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have experience with Axiometrics or similar market research platforms
- You're a lifelong learner, always on the lookout for new insights and strategies in asset management
- You have an established network within the Austin real estate community
