Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:

- Ensure proper fuel handling, storage, and dispensing in compliance with safety regulations.
- Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and manage station staff, including cashiers, attendants, and maintenance personnel.

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address employee concerns.
- Customer Service:
