Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Duties

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Perform buffing and floor care tasks to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in accordance with established standards.
• Assist with custodial duties in both residential and industrial settings as needed.
• Carry out facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to perform buffing and floor care tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
