Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of travel coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.
- Monitor travel trends and stay updated on industry changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Implement inventory control measures for travel supplies and materials.
- Utilize POS systems for processing payments and managing transactions related to travel services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during travel.
Experience
- Proven experience in team management, preferably within a retail or store management environment.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes is highly desirable.
