We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grocery store management ,retail sales and travel center experience, with a focus on driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet market demands.
Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development, including employee orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Analyze sales data and retail math to develop strategies that drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Schedule staff shifts effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while managing time efficiently.
