Job Title: Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
Answering the phones as soon as a call comes in. If there is missed call, make sure you call it back as soon as you are available.
Create a Work Order, assigning a tech for the work order, creating the invoice (call out fees, mileages, labor, parts, shop supplies, late fees, etc.)
Follow up with client to check if they cancelled and ask them why they cancelled. Also Please write reports of why the client cancelled. This way we can make improvements if needed.
Following up with clients and techs for ETA that is dealing with the Work Order you created.
Check dispatch email for any clients that may be contacting LV Road Tec for help.
Roll over the invoice as soon as the Tech gets to the job, and check the tech what was done for the work order when the job has been completed to see if changes needs to be made on invoices before you send the invoice out to the clients.
Respond to text messages, group text messages, hangouts, and emails.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Bilingual- Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
