We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Steakhouse Manager to lead the team and elevate the dining experience to new heights.
About the Role
The Steakhouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their upscale steakhouse, ensuring an extraordinary dining experience for the guests.
This role involves managing daily operations, leading a skilled team, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Operational Management : Oversee daily operations of the steakhouse, including staff supervision, inventory control, and maintenance of service standards.
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Guest Experience : Provide a memorable dining experience for guests by ensuring top-notch service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staff Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant professionals. Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high standards of service and performance.
- Financial Management : Oversee budgetary and financial aspects of the steakhouse, including cost control, revenue management, and profitability analysis.
Implement strategies to optimize financial performance while maintaining quality.
- Marketing and Promotions : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and special events that drive guest traffic and increase revenue.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Implement and monitor procedures for maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on restaurant performance, guest feedback, and operational issues. Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a fine dining environment.
Experience in a casino or luxury setting is a plus.
Knowledge : Deep understanding of upscale dining operations, food and beverage management, and guest service standards.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
