This position is ideal for experienced professionals with an established book of business, or a hunter who is ready to make an immediate impact.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role designed for true hunters-not account managers. Your core focus will be identifying and securing new enterprise-level customers through a security-first approach, while also introducing clients to LVC's full portfolio.

Essential Functions:
- Drive New Business Acquisition Target, engage, and secure net new enterprise and multi-location customers. Use your industry relationships and strategic outreach to win high-value accounts.
- Prospect with Purpose Leverage a combination of your existing network, outbound prospecting, and industry events to generate qualified leads and create sales momentum.
- Close Strategic Projects Sell high-value integration projects that create immediate value for customers-especially in the areas of access control, video surveillance, and commercial security systems.
- Introduce Managed Services Position recurring service agreements and managed service contracts as part of your long-term account strategy. Help clients streamline support, reduce system downtime, and consolidate vendor relationships.
- Own the Sales Process From discovery and proposal to negotiation and close, you manage the full sales lifecycle. Maintain control, build urgency, and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Solve Business Challenges Go beyond system specs. Understand each client's operational goals, risks, and technical environment. Present solutions that drive real outcomes.
- Expand Existing Wins After the first sale, continue to grow each account by introducing LVC's complementary offerings-structured cabling, audiovisual, network infrastructure, and service.
- Collaborate Internally Work closely with LVC's design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and long-term client satisfaction.

- You meet or exceed your first-year sales target of $750,000, and scale to $3,500,000 annually
- You increase revenue per account over time by expanding relationships

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B industry-related sales experience
- Minimum 3 years selling to national or multi-site accounts
- Experience in low-voltage, security integration, or technology infrastructure preferred
- Proven Hunter Mentality - You build and manage your own pipeline
- Executive-Level Communication - Confident leading boardroom discussions and C-level sales calls
- Strong Written & Verbal Sills - Ability to create compelling proposals and correspondence
- Blueprint & System Literacy - Comfortable reviewing floorplans and technical drawings
- CRM Expertise - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Product Knowledge - Familiarity with access control and video surveillance systems required
- Quota Capacity - Capable of meeting/exceeding annual quota targets of $3M
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
