Key Responsibilities :

• Unit Management : Lead and manage the building envelope unit, ensuring excellence in project execution, team performance and supporting the units growth.
• Innovative Consulting : Provide expert consulting and inspection services for building envelope components, including windows, masonry, roofs, curtain walls, and more.
• Project Management : Oversee project management, from estimating and budgeting to billing and client relationship growth.
• Creative Solutions : Develop creative and practical solutions to meet clients' needs, ensuring precision and excellence in every project.
• Business Development : Play a key role in business development, expanding client relationships, and participating in sales and networking activities.
• Leadership : Manage unit-specific revenues and expenses, and assume Profit & Loss responsibility, demonstrating a strong understanding of department finances.
