Civil Engineer - Land Development

Seeking a Civil Engineer with land development experience to join our Denver-area office. This individual will support and lead design efforts on a wide variety of commercial, residential, and public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for multidisciplinary collaboration, client service, and technical excellence.
What You'll Do:
Lead or support civil engineering design for grading, drainage, roadway, and utility infrastructure
Prepare construction plans, technical reports, and specifications for permitting and approval
Coordinate with planners, architects, surveyors, and agency staff throughout the project lifecycle
Attend client meetings, public hearings, and field visits as needed
Mentor junior staff and assist in proposal writing or project scoping when needed
What They're Looking For:
B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field); P.E. license preferred (or ability to obtain)
4-10 years of civil/site development experience, ideally including Colorado or Western U.S. projects
Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and applicable design software
Familiarity with local entitlement processes, utility coordination, and stormwater management
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset
