Key Responsibilities :
Manage a diverse team through all project phases, from concept to final design, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Qualifications :
Professional Engineering license in MD (other Mid-Atlantic states is a plus).

Expertise in roadway grading, drainage design, and public space design.
Experience with transportation and local agency permit processes.
Interest in multimodal and active transportation design.
Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CADD) and project management strategies.
