We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects valued at $10 million and above

Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of commercial and multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and stay on schedule and budget. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution :

Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, and client expectations.
• Coordinate and lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings.

Team Leadership :

Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Budget & Cost Control :

Track project costs and approve expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.

Reporting :

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Experience :

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management roles for commercial and multifamily construction.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Leadership & Communication :

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and resolve conflicts effectively.

Certifications (Preferred) :

PMP (Project Management Professional).
