Salary: $200,000 - $240,000

Job Description:

As a Commissioning Director, you will oversee the commissioning of hyperscale data centers, ensuring all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, and maintained according to operational requirements. You will lead a team of highly skilled professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commissioning process for hyperscale data centers from inception to completion.

• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans and procedures.

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure all systems meet quality and performance standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to resolve issues.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to commissioning team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning, preferably within data centers or critical facilities.

• Minimum 10 years working for general contractors, electrical subcontractors or mechanical subcontractors

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a plus.
