Responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts from programming to construction administration.
- Collaborate with firm Principals and specialized planners.
- Develop building designs that meet client needs and aesthetic goals.
- Ensure project quality, design excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for design and contractual matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- Experience in healthcare industry projects.
- Proficiency in construction document preparation and contract management.
- Understanding of CPM scheduling.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
