Summary : A well-established firm in Raleigh, NC is searching for a motivated and personable Project Manager to act as a studio leader for their office. The ideal candidate should have experience in local government and institutional projects as well as a clientele base to be leveraged for business development.
Responsibilities Include :
- Assist Principals in growing their footprint in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle.
- Participate in interviews for new projects.
- Manage all aspects of a significant project including design, consultant collaboration, client management, drawings, QA / QC, project schedules, and project team management.
