President/General Manager – Design-Build CM/GC Business

LVI have partnered up with an industry leading exterior construction company who are launching a new Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) business focused on large-scale design-build repair projects for public sector clients, including Federal and State agencies. These projects will range from $30M to $100M, requiring a visionary leader to establish and run this business.

About the Role

As the President/General Manager, you will spearhead the development and growth of this new venture. You will oversee all aspects of operations, strategy, and business development, with a focus on delivering complex design-build projects. This is a unique opportunity to build a business from the ground up and establish it as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the business strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead operations, including project execution, resource management, and financial performance.
• Cultivate relationships with public sector clients and partners to drive business growth.
• Oversee design-build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to support the company’s long-term success.

Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience in construction management, general contracting, and design-build contracting.
• Proven C-level leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods and large-scale project execution.
• Experience with public sector projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with large repair or retrofit projects is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
