This role will focus on disputes related to M&A transactions, shareholder litigation, and other high-profile valuation and damages matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in valuation, financial analysis, and forensic accounting. Prior experience testifying in courts such as the Delaware Court of Chancery and / or U.S. District Court is a strong advantage.
