Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Project Coordinator (Assistant Project Manager) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
