Salary: $120-180k
Summary:
This firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in the Denver Metropolitan area. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring all technical aspects are completed efficiently
Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery
Coordinate with project stakeholders, attend meetings, and maintain thorough project documentation
Oversee the production of plans, specifications, and estimates
Prepare technical reports and necessary documentation for project approvals
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Develop improvement plans, including grading, stormwater management, and utility plans
Maintain client relationships and seek new opportunities to expand project work
Requirements:
- LOCATED IN DENVER
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
8 years of experience in Civil Engineering (Land Development Design), with at least 5 years as a Project Manager
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong understanding of grading, utility design, drainage, and stormwater management
Knowledge of local codes and regulations to ensure compliance
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
