Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor civil engineering teams in the development of construction bid documents .
- Manage the design and implementation of roadway, sewer, water, flood protection, drainage, and coastal restoration projects.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
