Senior Civil Project Manager - Land Development

Lead land development projects from concept through construction, including site development, infrastructure, grading, drainage, and utilities.
Serve as the primary client contact-managing relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying future opportunities.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality control, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
Mentor and support junior engineers in technical development and project execution.
Coordinate with planners, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing, scope development, and client presentations.
Participate in the strategic growth of the Denver civil team and broader firm initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado (or ability to obtain).
10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
Proven project management skills, with experience leading both public and private sector projects.
Strong technical knowledge in site design, grading, stormwater, utility layout, and permitting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
