Lead mechanical (HVAC) system design and documentation for new construction and renovation projects
Manage project coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
Mentor and review work of junior engineers and designers
Perform load calculations, system sizing, and energy modeling
Conduct field surveys and site visits; support CA phase as needed
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
7 years of MEP design experience
PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
Strong knowledge of building codes, HVAC systems, and energy efficiency strategies
Experience with Revit and engineering analysis software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 based on experience
