A Nation-Wide Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Senior Project Manager/Project Director opening in the Denver Metro area. This position is for a 10 year Development project where you will be managing all underground utility installation and earthwork & excavation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understand and familiarity with the deep excavation and material process in the area along with local construction experience and connections to bring in additional work in the future!
Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all underground utility operations.
- Manage subcontractors for Earthwork and Excavation services.
- Supervise utility team until it becomes fully operational.
- Ensure utility team is competent and proven before taking on all responsibilities.
- Gradually assume full responsibilities for all Earthwork and Excavation tasks.
- Demonstrate expertise in deep excavation processes specific to the area.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of Heavy Civil, Excavation, Underground Utility experience
- 8-10 years Project Manager experience
- Estimating experience preferred
- Field experience is a plus
