Job Title : Senior Project Engineer

Location : Grand Junction, CO

Salary : $180-110k DOE

This engineering consultant in Colorado is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Senior Project Engineer. This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering, surveying, and planning and consulting firm that offers career advancement and fosters a collaborative team approach. The firm works on a variety of work including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, industrial parks, golf courses, ski resorts, governmental and special improvement district facilities.

The Senior Project Engineer should have....

  • PE License in CO
  • BSc in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D design
  • Ability to develop stormwater and sanitary drainage studies
  • 5 years of experience

The Senior Project Engineer will be required to...

  • Work on a variety of large and small scale land development and infrastructure design projects
  • Develop civil construction plans, with a strong understanding of grading and paving design for land development projects
  • Perform design tasks or delegate tasks to project engineers and technicians
  • Make project design decisions, prepare correspondence, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
