What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Project Engineer position at LVI Associates?
We are seeking a Structural Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects and collaborate with industry-leading engineers.
Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems for commercial, government, healthcare, high-rise, higher education, hospitality, residential, and data center projects
Work closely with senior engineers to develop calculations, drawings, and specifications
Perform structural modeling and analysis using industry-standard software
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project success
Participate in field inspections and construction administration as needed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
EIT preferred or ability to obtain
Experience or coursework related to structural design, analysis, and construction materials (concrete, steel, wood, and masonry)
Proficiency in structural analysis software and Revit is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
