Your Role
We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to impactful projects. If you thrive in a creative, supportive, and collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!
In this role, you will work on a wide array of projects, including educational institutions, municipal buildings, parks, and healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with clients and team members to develop civil engineering designs, specifications, and calculations for site developments, roads, stormwater, and utility improvements.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification
- 3 years of civil engineering site design experience for public and private development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience with stormwater modeling using WWHM, MGS Flood, and other software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering excellent client services
Nice-to-Haves:
- PE License
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position depends on the candidate's alignment with our internal levels. The role can be filled at either the Project Engineer III or Project Engineer IV level, determined by the candidate's background and experience. Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Project Engineer III: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
- Project Engineer IV: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
- Annual discretionary performance-based bonus
