Position Overview : The Vice President of Operations will oversee the efficient functioning of key water treatment facilities and upcoming projects. This role will involve high-level strategic planning, contract management, and oversight of commercial operations. The VP will collaborate with plant managers to support day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with operational agreements, while fostering strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the operational success of existing and upcoming water treatment plants.
- Focusing on strategic planning, contract negotiations, and commercial operations management.
- Providing leadership and guidance to Plant Managers in handling daily operational tasks.
- Ensuring adherence to O&M (Operations & Maintenance) agreements, while building and maintaining positive client and partner relationships.
