We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Manage water and wastewater projects from conception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout project execution.
Develop and review engineering reports, technical designs, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
Oversee permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory approvals for water and wastewater projects.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Participate in business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in project solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Nevada PE preferred or ability to obtain).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, including project management roles.
Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, distribution, collection, and conveyance systems.
Experience with hydraulic modeling, regulatory permitting, and environmental compliance.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, GIS, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal water/wastewater regulations.
