In addition to our role as a General Contractor, we have the expertise to lead or support pre-construction activities, design-build projects, and alternative delivery method projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Construction Project Manager/Estimator at LVI Engineering. The role will involve project estimation, construction project management, budgeting, and excellent organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
- Project Coordination
- Budgeting, Estimating, and Construction Management skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Assistant Project Manager (minimum 1 year)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
