About us
At LVIS, our objective is to innovate how neurological diseases are diagnosed and treated through advanced brain network analysis tools. LVIS is a lean team of science researchers, clinical researchers, engineers, and designers from a variety of impressive backgrounds.
The design team was initiated in 2020 and is focused on building the foundation for the first of many planned products. As a Senior UX / UI designer, you will apply principles of design thinking to create intuitive interfaces that directly solve the needs of Physicians and healthcare professionals. We are looking for a motivated designer who thinks deeply about problems, embraces ambiguity and complexity, cares deeply about usability and craftsmanship, works cooperatively with others, and is excited to join a team with ambitious goals for the future of neuro-imaging.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide proven solutions to product requirements.
- Think about user flows and identify potential blockers and gaps.
- Iteratively integrate user feedback and business requirements into design work.
- Prepare artifacts needed for ad-hoc user interviews.
- Help facilitate user interviews and user testing to validate concepts and features.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages with user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications.
- Contribute to the design system.
- Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Work closely with the Design Lead to advocate for and improve design processes.
