Professional Experience
5 years of commercial experience and training facilitation. Luxury consumer goods industry experience preferred.
Experience in wines and spirits or hospitality a plus
Practical / Technical Knowledge
Commercial sales and 3-tier system understanding
Understanding of adult learning and development foundational principles
Mastery of presentation skills (crafting and delivering presentations) with aptitude for storytelling for sales
Understanding of luxury principles with a strong luxury lens
Finance and budget management skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work that drives results
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
