Job Description
Position Overview:
The E-commerce Assistant Manager will support the E-commerce Manager in overseeing fulfillment operations for multiple luxury perfume, beauty, and cosmetic brands within a high-volume distribution center. This role ensures seamless execution of e-commerce processes, from order processing to shipment, while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Execution
- Assist in managing e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipping.
- Monitor workflow efficiency, staffing allocation, and adherence to SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize order fulfillment and resolve bottlenecks.
Team Leadership & Training
- Support the training and development of the e-commerce team.
- Assist in supervising daily operations, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support initiatives to improve order accuracy, processing speed, and overall efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate on implementing best practices.
- Assist in managing peak periods, including promotional events and holiday surges.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory, customer service, and IT, to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the EC team and brand stakeholders to align on service expectations and requirements.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure that all orders meet brand presentation, packaging, and customization standards.
- Support compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and company best practices.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field, preferably in the luxury beauty or cosmetics industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating employees.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and automation tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience handling customized orders (engraving, gift wrapping, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak sales periods.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $85,000 - $95,000.
