Summary:
As the Strategy Business Analyst, Digital reporting to the VP Digital Americas and Data Lead Americas, you will provide strategic insights that guide digital initiatives and drive digital growth across the Americas region. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing market, competitor, and customer trends, industry benchmarks, and digital performance data to support data driven insights for both the central and Maison teams. Additionally, you will lead the development of impactful presentations for executive meetings, collaborating with various stakeholders across Finance, IT, Media, and other LVMH groups to offer a clear, data-driven perspective on key digital trends and strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in market research, familiarity with digital/eCommerce KPIs, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
- Lead production of monthly reporting suite on digital trends and benchmarks. Activities include collection/synthesis of data from several internal and external sources, insight generation, and content development.
- Field questions from LVMH Maisons related to monthly reports and perform ad hoc, deep dive analyses on request.
- Create supplemental bespoke reports for key stakeholders.
- Regularly solicit feedback from Maisons on improvement opportunities for monthly insights; continuously evolve the report based on their input.
Market Research
- Market Overviews: develop content to help Maison/LVMH leadership further understand market trends and to provide locally relevant insights to inform decision making.
- US Strategic Planning: support Maisons with their annual strategic plans by providing relevant digital market forecasts, benchmarks, and analyses on request.
- Bespoke Market Research: conduct ad hoc market research as needed across various topics including but not limited to, social commerce, consumer trends, digital innovation trends.
Other Activities
- Strategy Decks: coordinate with stakeholders to develop content for key leadership meetings, e.g. Maison Presidents & COMEX meetings, HQ US visits, Digital Day
- NA Digital Project Support: support the NA Digital VP by providing data, analysis, and content development for various team projects
- Participate in global, centralized reporting steercos
- Identify and assess new sources of market/competitor data to be used for reporting and analysis activities
Desired Skills & Experience:
3-5 years with the following:
- Analytical: market research, analyzing and generating insights from large data sets
- Technical: advanced in Excel and PowerPoint a must; familiar with PowerBI
- Industry: experience in digital/eCommerce and retail preferred
- Communication: experience in visual storytelling & developing executive-level presentations
- Other Soft-Skills: critical-thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, cross-functional team collaboration; presenting to senior management
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
