Job Summary
The Shift Coordinator is responsible for ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met in the distribution center. This role assigns work tasks to associates, monitors progress, and operates various WMS systems. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as basic math skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assign work tasks to associates to achieve work goals
Monitor associates' work performance and provide feedback for improvement
Train associates in their duties as described in the Preferred Methods and Procedures manual
Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
Maintain excellent attendance and a flexible work schedule
Provide high-quality internal and external customer service
Requirements
College degree or relevant work experience
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Basic math skills
Consistently achieved minimum established production standards and company service levels
Working Conditions
The Shift Coordinator will work in a moderate but varying temperature and humidity environment. The physical requirements include standing, sitting, squatting, lifting, and/or walking for the duration of the scheduled shift.
What We Offer
