ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Quality Assurance Technician to join our production team. This role supports the production line by ensuring quality standards are met during electronics assembly and conducting thorough evaluations of parts and processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and improving production efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform QA checks on the production line during electronics assembly, including camera testing and live unit buildout.
- Use technology and various software to complete quality checklists and maintain accurate records.
- Inspect, measure, and sort parts to ensure compliance with specifications and manage non-performing components.
- Develop and refine quality control measures based on failure data and production needs.
- Conduct time studies to evaluate and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to establish formal quality checks for production.
- Additional projects as needed
