ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Parts Technician to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience. This position is responsible for pulling, assembling, and shipping parts to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our Live Units. Accurate and timely order fulfillment is critical for enabling swift resolutions when issues arise. This role is based in-office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily processing of shipments through UPS, FedEx, etc
- Processing orders in our ERP/Sales system
- Configuring hardware components to communicate with our systems
- Assembling components for ease of installation in the field.
- Updating and maintaining accurate counts of inventory for field replacement
- Occasionally assist with various projects outside your primary responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Previous warehouse operations experience preferred
- Ability to work with your hands
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand for majority of the day
