Outside of our competitive sliding scale commission, we offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, free salon services , friends and family discount , retail at cost and continuous education opportunities to help you stay at the top of your craft.

What We Offer :

Commission-based Pay on Services and Retail : We reward your success the more you bring in. Our commission base starts at 50% in your favor and goes up the more you bring in. Our master stylists average about $90-$125 / hour.
Flexible Schedules : Enjoy the work-life balance you deserve. You get to decide which days you'd like to work whether it is full-time or part-time.
Weekly Pay : Get paid every week, ensuring financial consistency.
Free Salon Services and Hair Maintenance : Pamper yourself on us!
Ongoing Education : Keep your skills sharp with training and educational events.
Set your prices : We collaborate with you to set your own prices as a stylist so you can take ownership of your clientele and craft.
Choose the services you offer : Don't want to offer kids cuts? No biggie! You have agency to decide what you love doing.

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Cosmetologist with experience building a loyal clientele.

Reliable : You are consistent and reliable. you are punctual and communicative.

Versatile Styling Skills : Whether it’s color, cuts, or styling, you’re confident with it all. Bonus points if you offer services like extensions or waxing.

Previous Experience : You’re organized, professional, and seasoned in handling clientele. At least 3 years of experience required.

Client-Oriented : Friendly and customer-focused, you prioritize an exceptional and consistent salon experience in all situations
