What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at LWH?

Skills can include:
- Electrical panel wiring and conduit work
- MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication
- Light framing, finish work, and site prep
- Plumbing or hydraulic assembly
Requirements:
- 3 years of trade experience (not including training/school)
- Skilled in electrical, welding, or construction work
- Comfortable switching between tasks and tools
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
