Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at LWood Media Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and leading sales and marketing activities. This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor position offering a flexible, hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to earn significant income based on your sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales & Marketing: Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively use our CRM system (Ignatara) to track leads, manage accounts, and chart progress.
- Financial Services: Process payments and assist clients with applying for financing options.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Special Projects & Events: Support and participate in special projects and events as needed.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay structure with high earning potential

- Training Incentive: Bonus for completing the first 12-month contract
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid, self-scheduled role with flexibility to work from home
- Mandatory: Weekly sales meetings on Monday mornings (10:30 AM - 11:00 AM) and one Continuing Education (CE) call per month
Training:
- 4-day training program:
- Days 1 & 2: Online synchronous and asynchronous learning
- Day 3: In-person training at LWood Media Group Headquarters in Fayetteville, NC
- Day 4: Ride-along in the field training with a Manager in your designated territory
- Upcoming Training Enrollment: February 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2025

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and Legally Registered Vehicle
