Your leadership will be vital in maintaining organization and productivity within the stockroom and support of the production operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily stockroom operations, including inventory control and organization.
- Supervise stockroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory management to minimize waste and loss.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and timely.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels and report discrepancies as needed.
- Train employees on stockroom procedures and safety protocols.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or stockroom environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
