Role Overview
The Logistics Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for managing workforce data, supporting labor planning, monitoring productivity, and providing actionable insights to optimize operational performance. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to improve cost control and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workforce operations, including labor tracking and shift management for warehouse staff
- Oversee invoice processing for labor and logistics-related services
- Monitor labor costs and analyze productivity data
- Prepare regular performance and cost reports
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements based on data analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and administrative teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Korean is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
