About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Facility Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and improvement of our warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse infrastructure, including building systems, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, and other critical utilities.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors (e.g., cleaning services, HVAC maintenance, security systems).
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., OSHA, fire safety standards).
- Coordinate fire prevention and maintain appropriate records for safety inspections and certifications.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage the facility's maintenance budget, ensuring cost-efficient operations.
Facility Improvement Projects:
- Plan and oversee facility upgrades and renovations to enhance operational efficiency or accommodate new business requirements.
- Collaborate with the operation team to prioritize and manage capital improvement projects.
Communication and Documentation:
- Maintain open communication with the Infrastructure team and other teams/departments regarding facility needs and issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management regarding facility management operations.
