About the Role
LX Pantos America is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all general operations within the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipments, and quality control metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products.
- Manage customer and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA Degree preferred.
- Proven success in maintaining quality, service, and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
