What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Planning Analyst position at LX Pantos America?
We are currently searching for a highly motivated Senior Business Planning Analyst at a manager level.
CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the strategic planning and optimization of logistics operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) management, including budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify areas for improvement in operational performance and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operation and ort) to integrate logistics strategies with business and financial goals.
Apply process improvement methodologies and operational management strategies to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports to senior management, focusing on performance metrics, P&L analysis, and areas for improvement.
Lead and execute key planning projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bilingual proficiency in both Korean and English is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics.
At least 6-8 years of experience in logistics, planning, or related fields, with a strong background in P&L management, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Experience in logistics system TMS & WMS.
Solid understanding of financial systems, particularly SAP and DW.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and other departments.
